Here’s the BrickPi 0.1, a robot that Dexter Industries has come up with using LEGO® MINDSTORMS® and the Raspberry Pi®.
The BrickPi 0.1 is the first attempt at building a simple Raspberry Pi-powered robot from the company, which develops robotic sensors for LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT.
The robot uses LEGO MINDSTORMS motors and it is hooked up directly to a keyboard controlling its movements. The Raspberry Pi programming code is written in Python.
You can see the YouTube video of the robot in action here. And to find out how to make the robot yourself, see the Dexter Industries HowTo Raspberry Pi Project on the website.
